The Marinus Winemaker dinner is a very intimate in depth look at Bernardus and the evolution of our Bourdeaux style blend of Marinus. We pair each vintage with a six course meal prepared by Chef Jerome Viel.  Sit with winemaker Jim McCabe and Vineyard Manager Matt Shea and delve into deep conversation about wine and what it means to all of us at Bernardus.
